RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPANT CHECKLIST

Per Executive Order 63 (EO-63) updated on November 13, 2020 , all patrons age 5 and over must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth inside any establishment. Exceptions to this mandate include :​

When eating or drinking

When exercising

Any person who is playing a musical instrument, when wearing a mask or face covering would inhibit playing and at least 10 feet of physical distance maintained.

Any person with trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the face ​covering without assistance

When communicating with the hearing impaired

When necessary to secure government or medical services

Persons with health conditions that prohibit wearing a face covering

Businesses will be following a specific list of regulations. Participants must comply with the requirements laid out by each business.
